Elkay Manufacturing Co. announced it is forming a Plumbing Products Division, which will incorporate its lines of residential and commercial sinks, faucets, water coolers and related accessories. Jim Scott, current president of the Elkay Division, will be president of the new division.

Stan Bandur will become president of North American Operations, Plumbing Products Division, a new position, reporting to Scott. Since 1999 Bandur has been president of Elkay's Cabinetry Division, which includes MasterCraft, Medallion and Yorktowne Cabinetry. He joined Elkay in 1978 and has held positions in customer service, product planning, sales and marketing.

Bob Seeley has been named executive vice president, marketing and sales, North America, also a new position, and he will report to Bandur. Seeley has been executive vice president, marketing and sales of the Elkay Division. In this new position his responsibilities will extend beyond the United States and Canada to include Mexico and Central America.

Steve Rogers, currently vice president, engineering, will assume the new position of vice president, engineering and sink & faucet product development, reporting to Scott. This is a new unit dedicated to research and innovation, with a greater focus on global product development.

Tom Cook will succeed Bandur as president of the Cabinetry Division. Most recently he has served as executive vice president, general manager of Medallion and MasterCraft Cabinetry.
