HVAC industry donates equipment to Boys & Girls Club
Carrier Corp.; Atlanta distributor Mingledorff's; and Americus, Ga., Carrier dealer Parker Heating & Air Conditioning contributed four high-efficiency indoor-comfort systems to the Plains, Ga., Boys & Girls Club, established by former President Jimmy Carter and his wife, Rosalyn Carter.
More than 90% of the equipment and fixtures were donated to the project. Habitat for Humanity provided the labor and supervision needed to oversee the project.
