Integrated Utility Services Announces Acquisition of Paragon Industries
The Houston-based IUS acquired substantially all of the assets of Paragon Industries through a Chapter 11 restructuring process.

Integrated Utility Services (IUS) announced its acquisition of Paragon Industries.
The Houston-based IUS – owned and led by Tulsa natives Trinity Dawson, Co-founder, President & CEO, and Dustin Ketchum, Co-founder & Executive Vice President – acquired substantially all of the assets of Paragon Industries through a Chapter 11 restructuring process, preserving a domestic steel pipe manufacturing platform and positioning the company for long-term growth.
The transaction provides the capital, operational expertise, and industry relationships necessary to restart operations, retain and create jobs, and re-establish Paragon as a supplier of high-quality steel pipe products to energy, utility, infrastructure, and industrial customers throughout North America.
“As someone who grew up in Oklahoma, this acquisition is deeply personal to me,” Dawson said. “Paragon has been a pillar in this community for decades, and our commitment is to honor that legacy. We care about the people, the jobs, and the long-term health of Oklahoma’s industrial economy – and we want to see this business thrive for generations to come.”
Dawson added: “Paragon represents far more than a manufacturing facility. It represents skilled American workers, a proud Oklahoma legacy, and an opportunity to build something meaningful for customers, employees, investors, and the communities we serve. We are honored to be entrusted with that responsibility.”
Future Plans for Paragon Industries
Under IUS ownership, former Paragon Industries will operate as Paragon Pipe Company, LLC and will focus on safely restarting and modernizing its manufacturing operations while maintaining the company's longstanding commitment to quality, customer service, and American manufacturing. IUS plans to invest in the facility, workforce development, quality systems, operational excellence initiatives, and strategic customer relationships to support sustainable growth. The company intends to leverage IUS's existing relationships across the utility, energy, pipeline, and infrastructure sectors to expand Paragon's market reach while preserving its Oklahoma roots and strengthening its position as a critical domestic manufacturer.
Dawson added: “This acquisition would not have been possible without the extraordinary efforts of our internal team, whose dedication and belief in this vision carried us through a complex and highly competitive process. We are also deeply grateful for the guidance and professionalism of Infinity Capital Partners, who served as our investment banking advisors, and GableGotwals, whose legal counsel was instrumental throughout the transaction. Their partnership, expertise, and commitment were invaluable in helping bring this opportunity to life."
