Prima Power showcases the Combi Genius and Combi Sharp punch-laser combination machines that integrate high-speed punching and fiber laser cutting within a compact footprint. The combination technology is suited for HVAC applications where manufacturers must manage a high mix of parts and materials. Prima Power's punch-shear and punch-laser systems provide blanking for square parts, panels, and complex components used in HVAC and air ventilation systems, including residential units. The machines process sensitive materials such as pre-painted steel, zinc-coated sheet, aluminum, and stainless steel up to 8 mm, allowing HVAC manufacturers to cut cycle times and reduce energy and production costs compared to traditional punching and standalone 2D laser solutions.

The Combi Genius features a high-capacity turret combined with IPG fiber laser resonators (3-, 4-, or 6-kW), enabling multiple operations, including punching, tapping, forming, marking, and laser cutting, in a single setup.
