ClimateMaster introduced the Tranquility SL Low-Profile Series water-source heat pumps. With a nine-inch cabinet height, the Tranquility SL installs in tight ceiling spaces. The SL heat pump model exceeds ASHRAE 90.1 efficiency standards. Its brazed-plate heat exchanger delivers efficient heat transfer in a compact footprint, while electronically commutated (EC) blower motors and integrated water control options aim to maximize system efficiency.

The Tranquility SL includes an UltraQuiet sound-attenuation package, double isolation compressor mounting and an integrated sound attenuator box. Powered by CXM2 communicating controls, the Tranquility SL offers real-time system diagnostics, fault memory and faster commissioning when connected to a wireless service tool. When paired with the iGate 2 thermostat, the system provides a cloud-connected, web-enabled gateway that allows users and technicians to monitor, control, and diagnose the system from anywhere. The Tranquility SL model also features a bottom-access design.
