APR Supply Co. announced that it has officially completed the acquisition of McArdle & Walsh, Inc.

Founded in 1922, McArdle & Walsh has, according to the company, built a reputation for "deep industry expertise, reliable service, and long-standing customer relationships. The acquisition brings together two legacy organizations that share a commitment to exceptional customer experience, product knowledge, and continued investment in the trades."

The addition of McArdle & Walsh marks APR Supply Co.’s expansion into Maryland. With an existing footprint of more than 42 locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, the acquisition aims to enhance APR’s ability to support contractors in the Baltimore market through increased inventory availability, expanded product offerings and strengthened local service.
