BAC announces that its immersion cooling tank has been certified as part of the Intel Data Center Certified Solution for Immersion Cooling for fourth and fifth-generation Xeon processors. The certification program was collaboratively developed by BAC, Intel, ExxonMobil, Hypertec, and Micron. The certification enables Intel to offer a Xeon Processor Single-Phase Immersion Warranty Rider, providing customers with added confidence in the durability, efficiency and compatibility of immersion-cooled IT infrastructure.

 BAC’s immersion cooling tanks featuring the patented CorTex™ technology played a key role in validating tank performance, reliability, and integration between fluid and IT components. BAC’s COBALT immersion cooling system, which combines an indoor immersion tank with an outdoor heat rejection system, enables data centers to achieve among the lowest Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) values in the industry while enhancing uptime and sustainability performance.
