Multifunctional connection sets

The Flypass Multifunctional Connection Set is a compact, versatile alternative to the standard coil kit. With less components and less leakage risk, it’s a more cost-effective, easier to install option for customers. The Flypass Set can also be supplied with a low-flow Pressure Independent Control Valve to maintain a constant flow rate between 0.13 and 0.92 GPM, even in the presence of varying pressure conditions. The desired flow rate is maintained, regardless of changes in the system, resulting in more precise temperature control. Ideal for the fan coil unit, it will also save space with its unique design and save time with easy maintenance and multiple operating modes. This set is delivered completely pre-assembled, function and pressure tested. Before installation of the terminal unit, the bypass function enables to flush, fill and also operate the supply system, and the Flypass Set allows for a quick and easy connection between supply and unit. For commissioning it provides functions to flush, fill and vent either the supply or the terminal unit. The Flypass Set is equipped with a Cocon QTZ PICV for pressure independent flow control. The PICV can be equipped with a 2-point, 3-point, steady control or Modbus connection actuator and is field-adjustable to a GPM flow rate without removing the actuator.
