- Carbon steel pipe inventory across the nation remains strong and demand has seen no noticeable increases. Recently there has been an increase in limited imported steel pipe products, but anticipation is that the price will remain soft as the recent government action regarding tariffs should have little effect in the carbon market as a whole.
