Forged Steel Fittings

On October 4, 2017, Bonney Forge filed petitions for antidumping and countervailing duties on forged steel fittings from the People’s Republic of China, Italy, and Taiwan. Following the petition, one major importer of forged steel fittings announced a 10.0 percent price increase effective December 1, 2017. The petition is in the early stages, but could affect both supply and pricing of forged steel fittings by domestic manufacturers and importers.
