Bradley Corp. reveals restroom likes and dislikes
Bradley’s 2017 Hand Washing Survey shows how facilities and businesses can repel or gain business based on the condition of its restrooms. 70% of respondents have patronized a specific business because they believe it has nice and clean restrooms.
On the other hand, 56% of American adults said they are unlikely to return to a business after experiencing unpleasant restrooms according to the Healthy Hand Washing Survey. Other disgusted customers said they would complain to management, tell a friend, post a comment on social media or leave right away without completing their business.
