F.W. Webb Co. recently appointed Robert Mucciaroneto the newly created position of chief operating officer. Mucciarone is a 30-year veteran of the company and most recently served as its CFO. A search is underway to fill the CFO role.

American Standard recently announced CEO Jay Gouldresigned from the company. CFO Steve Delargewas named acting CEO reporting to LIXIL CEO and President Yoshiaki Fujimori. The company noted all initiatives Gould set in place will continue and there is complete support from LIXIL for the strategy, initiatives and the current management team. A search for a new American Standard Brands CEO is underway and there are no other changes in leadership.

Navien announced the appointment of Scott Leeas the company’s new chief executive officer. Lee has been with KD Navien in Korea for four years as an overseas team leader. Harrison Kimwill remain involved with the company and has been promoted to vice-chairman for Navien’s American operations.

American Valve Chairman Emeritus Arthur Gutermanturned 103 on Jan. 2. He celebrated with family and friends in Florida.

Sioux Center, Iowa-based Plumbing & Heating Wholesale named Stacy Koelechief financial officer. Koele has worked as a purchasing agent, human resources manager and accounting manager in her 18 1/2-year career at PHW.

Aalberts Industries’ North American Division named Brian Ragoneto the newly created role of senior vice president of sales and marketing for Conbraco and Elkhart Products. He will lead sales management for Conbraco Industrial Sales, Apollo Valves and EPC Commercial while overseeing the brand and technical synergy of the two companies.

 Former Matco-Norca President Lynn McVayis the new managing partner of Mainline Sales, a rep agency serving the plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, industrial, irrigation and waterworks markets in California and Nevada. He joined the firm as an equity partner.
