The Convention kicks off on Wednesday, April 6, with a full schedule of education sessions and the Opening General Session, which includes WQA’s annual meeting, Leadership Awards such as the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Member, and valuable updates on the state of the water treatment industry. The trade show, featuring the latest in water treatment technology, will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, April 8. Convention education sessions cover technical topics related to Point-of-Use/Point-of-Entry water treatment and business operations sessions appropriate for small or family-owned businesses. Topics include Chloride Discharge and Brine Recovery, Water Treatment for Beverage Applications (such as coffee, beer and distillery), and Treatment for Non-Traditional Water Sources.
