Channel Marketing Group and Allen Ray Associates are currently conducting a research study designed to better understand the invoicing challenges faced by wholesale distributors and their contractor customers. The research, sponsored by outsourced billing solutions provider Billtrust, will be presented in the form of a white paper and webinars later this year.
“Distributors are looking for ways to strengthen their relationships with customers, improve productivity, reduce costs, and get paid faster,” said David Gordon of the Channel Marketing Group. “The process of invoicing between a distributor and contractor can affect all of these areas.”
