In another decision with industrial PVF implications, in late February the ITC voted down relief against pneumatic directional control valves from Japan. It was alleged that such goods were being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
Four out of five commissioners voted against granting relief. As a result of the Commission's negative determination, the case will end.
