Scott Franz, publisher of Supply House Times, is a 24-year veteran of the magazine business and has worked with Supply House
Times for 18 years. He began his career in 1983 working for United Color Press, former printer of Supply House Times. Charlie Horton, founder
of Supply House Times, hired Franz in January 1989. In 1999 he was promoted to national sales manager, and in 2003 was promoted to
publisher.
Franz handles advertising sales for Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee and West Virginia, plus western New York and western Pennsylvania.

Jim Olsztynski is the editor of Supply House Times. He began his long career in the plumbing industry in 1977 when he joined the
staff of Supply House Times, and has won numerous awards for editorial excellence.
Olsztynski was one of the industry spokesmen chosen to appear on the History Channel’s "Arteries of Civilization" program on plumbing history, adapted from
sister publication Plumbing & Mechanical’s 10-year "History of Plumbing" serial features.
Olsztynski is also editorial director of Plumbing & Mechanical and consulting editor of PM Engineer. In addition, he writes and edits The Insider, a newsletter for plumbing/heating manufacturers, and PVF E-News, a newsletter focusing on the pipes, valves and fittings industry.

Pat Lenius, Supply House Time’s managing editor, is a 29-year veteran of the publishing field, including the last eight with
Supply House Times. She joined the staff in August 1998, and was promoted to managing editor in 2001.
Lenius co-edits Bath & Kitchen E-News, a twice-monthly e-newsletter focusing on bath and kitchen industry news.

Kelly Johnson is the associate editor of Supply House Times, covering the HVACR and technology beats for the magazine, and helps
publish Bath & Kitchen E-News. She is also the special projects editor for Supply House Times, Plumbing & Mechanical and PM
Engineer.
Before taking on this role, Johnson was the editor of PM Engineer magazine, and before that, managing editor for BNP Media’s Service &
Contracting magazine, a trade journal for HVAC technicians.

Suzette Rubio is the online editor and new products editor for Supply House Times, Plumbing & Mechanical and PM
Engineer. She joined the staff in the summer of 2005 as Supply House Times’ associate editor.
Her experience includes a stint as assistant editor at Mintel International, where she wrote and edited articles for New Product News and

George Zebrowski, group publisher of Supply House Times, is a 30+-year veteran of the plumbing-heating industry trade press.
Zebrowski held several editorial positions on Contractor Magazine, becoming editor-in-chief in 1983. Soon thereafter he joined Horton Publishing and
helped in the launch of sister publication Plumbing & Mechanical in 1984.
The year after BNP Media bought PM in 1991, Zebrowski was named publisher. He was promoted to group publisher in 1998. Supply House Times
was added to his group publishing duties when it was acquired in 2001. He handles advertising sales for the Northeast.
Zebrowski is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.

Bob Miodonski is associate publisher of Supply House Times and special projects director for BNP Media’s Plumbing Division, joining
the staff in August 2007. He has been both publisher and editorial director of Contractor Magazine for the past five years, and chief editor since
1994.
At points in his journalistic career, Miodonski served as Supply House Times’ managing editor and then editorial director. He worked with
George Zebrowski, Jim Olsztynski and Scott Franz at the former Horton Publishing Co., where both Supply House Times and Plumbing &
Mechanical were started.
Miodonski is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. He also holds a master’s degree in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at
Northwestern University, where he served on the graduate school faculty as a part-time instructor.
