ASA’s Professional Peer Networking Councils are extending their reach to include a crucial member of any business’s management team, the CFO. “Our councils provide very successful networking and educational opportunities for mid-level managers in both distribution and manufacturing,” states Mike Adelizzi, ASA’s executive vice president. “We have achieved a high level of value and participation with trainers, HR, showroom managers, and warehouse and operations personnel. Our members have requested the same type of program for their CFOs. We’re thrilled to be able to add this Council to our available resources.”

The Councils put employees in touch with others from around the country in the same job function who experience the same challenges and successes as they do, creating a professional peer network they can turn to as a resource. ASA is forming a Steering Committee for this new CFO Council. The Steering Committee will work together to create events and facilitate networking opportunities directed to CFOs in the PHCP/PVF industry. Both distributors and manufacturers are welcome to join.

If you would like to join the Council Steering Committee, please contact Ruth Mitchell, ASA at 312-464-0090 ext. 210 or email ruth@asa.net.
