Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson, has promoted John Sperino to the position of vice president, general counsel and secretary. In this position, Sperino will provide counsel and oversee all legal affairs for Emerson Climate Technologies. Sperino previously served as senior counsel focusing on international trade and antitrust for Emerson Corporate in St. Louis.
