“Wild, Wild West” was the theme of the annual product show held byStandard Plumbing Supplyat its Sandy, Utah, headquarters in March. More than 2,200 guests attended from eight western states. This was the wholesaler’s largest show to date, with 135 booths displaying more than 200 manufacturers’ products. Black Rhino Tools and Milwaukee Tools sold products on-site. Attendees could visit American Standard’s Responsible Bathroom Tour bus and Rinnai’s traveling training coach.

Masters Supply(Louisville, KY) celebrated 70 years in business with a customer incentive trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in March that included 180 customers, vendors and employees. Founded in 1939 by Carl J. Zoeller as a full service wholesaler of plumbing and heating supplies, the company became 100% employee owned under an Employee Stock Ownership Plan in 1997. Today Masters Supply, a member of Affiliated Distributors, serves Kentucky and Indiana from five branches and two luxury showrooms that specialize in custom kitchen and bath cabinetry.

F.W. Webb Co.(Bedford, MA) sent seven customers and their guests to the Red Sox vs. Yankees home opener series in Boston in April. Counter sales customers were invited to participate in the customer appreciation drawing for a prize package that included hotel accommodations, game tickets, a VIP tour of Fenway Park and a meeting with Jed Lowrie. One winner was selected at random from each state that the wholesaler serves: Stephen Magee, Massachusetts; Robert Bedaw, New Hampshire; Michael Sorrell, Vermont; Tom Trytek, Maine; Ron Pitts, New York; Dave Larsen, Rhode Island; and Ugo DiGrazia, Connecticut.

Schroeder Sales Co. Named Rep Of Year

Schroeder Sales Co.(Maple Grove, MN) was honored as the 2011 Manufacturers Rep of the Year at the Minnesota Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association convention. President Jon Schroeder (L) accepted the award from Minnesota PHCC Executive Director Kevin Campana. Schroeder  Sales is a second-generation rep firm serving the HVAC and plumbing industries in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota.

This was its biggest show hosted by First Supply, drawing more than 100 dealers from Milwaukee, WI, to Brainerd, MN, to Dubuque, IA.

More than 200 dealers, vendors,First Supplyemployees and International Comfort Products representatives attended the fifth annual HVAC Dealer Meeting and Product Show hosted by First Supply (Madison, WI) in the Wisconsin Dells. This was its biggest show to date, drawing more than 100 dealers from Milwaukee, WI, to Brainerd, MN, to Dubuque, IA. The HVAC trade show included 45 vendors and manufacturers reps featuring more than 80 brands. Informational sessions were held for HVAC dealers.

The design center is a hands-on, interactive environment where architects, designers, and homeowners can experience more than 90 fully functioning faucets and fixtures from the Delta and Brizo brands.
