Kohler promoted Ron Pace to president-Kohler Kitchen and Bath Americas. He will lead the newly formed K&B Americas organization. He is responsible for operations and business performance of Plumbing Americas (Kohler and Sterling brands), Robern mirrored cabinetry and Canac cabinetry. Ralph Howard was named president-Canac, a supplier of semi-custom, full-access cabinetry in North America. He previously served as vice president-sales for Kohler Plumbing Americas, to which Frank Windsor has been newly appointed. Windsor’s career at the company began in 1990 as a faucet sales specialist with several roles later, including branch manager and director of builder and commercial sales.
