Erfort’s primary focus on member retention will help current members make the most of their membership investment as well as help new members understand the programs and services that will provide both immediate and long-term value.
Erfort also will play a key role in sustaining membership growth as well as provide ongoing support for marketing and communications, especially the association’s new website as well as onLinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Prior to joining ASA, Erfort attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he graduated with a BBA in marketing and sales. While at UWW, he was an active member and participant of the American Marketing Association. After UWW, Erfort worked at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, one of the world’s largest third-party logistics providers. As a sales and account manager, he developed his sales skills as well as general communication skills while working with clients of all different levels, backgrounds and companies.
“Bill’s prior experience will be a great complement to the current ASA staff,” ASA Executive Vice President Mike Adelizzi said. “He brings to the association a strong customer-service background, a high level of energy and most importantly the skills and willingness to engage our current and prospective member base. We look forward to introducing Bill to the industry and our membership.”

Prior to CSI, Auge spent five years in special education and also served in AmeriCorps NCCC, a federal agency that helps more than five million Americans improve the lives of their fellow citizens through service.
“Amber’s wide variety of experience gives the ASAEF a fresh perspective,” ASA Education Foundation Executive Director Amy Black said. “In addition, her skills will be essential in assisting the foundation in the success of programs such as our new Master of Distribution Management certification program. Her addition to our staff will greatly benefit all the ASA membership.”
