July 1, 2007
Employees of Smith-Cooper International committed more than $50,000 in a
fund-raising drive held in June for St. Joseph Center. The Venice, CA-based
social services agency provides emergency services, child care, case management
and senior services for homeless men, women and children on the west side of
Los Angeles. The employees have raised more than $500,000 over the past 12
years for St. Joseph Center.
Pictured, Smith-Cooper’s Ron Kurstin, CEO (L),
and Ed Beetschen, executive vice president, expressed pride and gratitude for
their employees’ generosity.
