Your Training Coordinator can be the contact person of choice for all of your company’s students in training, so that he/she can monitor their progress and keep track of successes. Or, you may choose to have each employee be responsible for their own learning track. If our e-learning system is being used, students gain valuable feedback, on an immediate basis, when they complete quizzes and move from section to section within each course.
