The Series USG-P Plastic Under Sink Guardian™ thermostatic mixing valves automatically blend cold and hot water to produce safe mixed water from the hot water faucet. It is ASSE 1016 listed and maintains a plus or minus 3ºF mixed water temperature at an adjustable range from 60 to 120ºF.
