Watsco completed a $225 million revolving credit facility to replace its existing bank loan agreement. The company executed the new revolving credit facility with a bank group, which is for a term of three years that provides borrowing under variable LIBOR-based rates. The bank group includes SunTrust Bank, Bank of America and Mizuho Corporate Bank.
