Ferguson Enterprises (Newport News, Va.) moved its Herndon, Va. branch into a new building at 13890 Lowe St., Chantilly, in January. It stocks plumbing, waterworks, appliances, HVAC, commercial, water heaters, hydronics, fireplaces, lighting, and kitchen cabinets.
In other news, Ferguson broke ground on an $18 million distribution center in Richland, Wash., in December. The 350,000-sq.-ft. facility is expected to be completed by November. Peter Condon, currently facility manager at Ferguson's Front Royal, Va., distribution center, will manage the new location.
