Most PVC markets are announcing seasonal price increases due to increased demand and increased resin costs. Supply still appears strong as most of the manufacturers try to push through another increase. As spring demand increases, one price increase has been firmed up and manufacturers are already working on another. Resin prices have grown slightly, returning to and then surpassing fall levels seen during hurricane season. Currently, resin prices are at a two-year high.
