Metropacboasts the best sales team in the industry. All of Metropac’s sales associates have had extensive training on more than 60 product lines that it stocks, as well as how to operate its complex distribution software.
This training is an ongoing process that continues on a regular basis. At Metropac, you can count on receiving the technical information that you require to effectively serve your customers.
Along with providing technical information, Metropac’s sales associates also are capable of choosing the correct products to meet their customer’s needs. Many of the phone calls Metropac receives are to help size valves and actuators, select the proper temperature control or thermostat, or to help with the right power venter for a specific application.
Old, out-of-date parts are not a problem for Metropac’s sales associates, either. Metropac has one of the most comprehensive cross-reference systems in the industry. With this system, sales associates can tell you the new part that will replace the obsolete part in just a matter of seconds. If the part is an OEM part, they can also tell you what manufacturer to consult for a replacement if Metropac is unable to supply the new part. Metropac’s goal is to always provide a solution for its customers, even if the solution does not include the company. This is why many customers rely on Metropac to help them identify the new part to use, or what direction to go in for a replacement.
