Having a working and consistent training program is a fundamental element of a highly profitable company. Starting, developing and maintaining any training program may seem difficult and unachievable, but not any longer. Through the new ASA University, brought to you by the ASA Education Foundation, companies will now have the ability to train their employees in a turn-key and cost-effective manner.

The wait is over! The College of Leadership and the College of Sales will be introduced to the industry Sept. 14 during ASA’s Member Lunch program in Las Vegas. The ASA Education Foundation began the ASA University initiative late in 2009 in response to the overwhelming need for training programs within our industry companies. The fully developed competency models and curricula tracks will provide easy-to-use solutions to begin and integrate training and education.

ASA University would not be possible without the tireless support of industry experts and the ASA Education Foundation Board of Trustees. We especially thank these individuals who volunteered their time and experience to develop a tool that will be useful to everyone in the PHCP/Industrial PVF Industry:
