Kentrol/Sevco, a division of F.W. Webb Company, has acquired Control
Equipment Corp. (CEC) of Cazenovia, NY. CEC is a major supplier of
automated and control valves to industries in the upstate NY market. CEC also
brings enhanced service capabilities such as field and shop repair for control
and relief valves. Along with their direct manufacturer support, CEC will
be the technical support for F.W. Webb across their marketing region.
