Matco-Norca has announced that Lynn A. McVay, formerly of Watts Water Technologies, has joined the company as its new president. McVay had been with Watts since 2003 and was most recently executive vice president of sales and president of the company’s Retail Group. Prior to Watts he worked for the Little Giant Pump Co. In conjunction with McVay’s appointment, Dov Matz, formerly president, will become chairman of the board and CEO of Matco-Norca, while Russell Stern will retire as chairman.
