    Susan Levering, Ph.D., will lead the audience in an interactive seminar detailing how wholesalers can develop “Top Performers” among their employees. De. Levering emphasizes the importance of aligning training activity with your company’s values and priorities. She addresses the importance of a training audit to examine your company’s training needs and current resources. Additionally, she provides solutions for overcoming resistance to training and motivating employees. She will challenge you to weave training activity into all aspects of your company’s operations.

    A dynamic speaker and instructor, Dr. Levering is an 18-year distribution human resources expert. By drawing on her training and experiences as an educator and a therapist, she is able to establish career-training programs that foster company growth. She is the author of the book Smart Investments: Developing Top Performers in Wholesale Distribution, published by NAW Institute for Distribution Excellence in April 2006.
