The U.S. International Trade Commission determined on June 20 that no U.S. industry has been injured by imports of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from China that the Department of Commerce has determined are sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

All five Commissioners voted negative. As a result, no antidumping duty order will be issued. The action comes in response to a petition launced by U.S. producers Allied Tube, IPSCO, LTV Copperweld, Northwest Pipe, Western Tube, Century Tube, Laclede Steel, Maverick Tube, Sharon Tube, Wheatland Tube and the United Steelworkers of America.
