Delta Faucet Co. and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association (PHCC) named Pat Ellingson and Tom Hills, owners of Ellingson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning in Alexandria, Minn., 2004 Plumbing Contractor of the Year. Danilo Rivera of Alexandria, Va., was named Plumbing Apprentice of the Year. The awards were presented in October at the 22nd annual PHCC convention in Boston, held in conjunction with ISH North America.
