Emerson Climate Technologies honored its top-performing Copeland authorized wholesalers with 2004 sales awards. The company presented the awards at its National Wholesaler Conference in Albuquerque, N.M.

Tom Bettcher, business leader of Emerson Climate Technologies; Ed Purvis, group vice president of Emerson Climate Technologies - Refrigeration; and Mark Gibson, vice president and general manager of Distribution Services, presented the awards at this year's conference.

Twelve wholesalers received the Peak Performance Award for 2004, including:

  • American Refrigeration (Phoenix)

  • The Bell-Simons Cos. (Hartford, Conn.)

  • Crescent Parts & Equipment (St. Louis)

  • Gustave A. Larson Co. (Pewaukee, Wis.)

  • Johnstone Supply - Atlanta (Atlanta)

  • Midwest Refrigeration (Traverse City, Mich.)

  • Progress Supply (Cincinnati)

  • Refrigeration Supplies Distributor (Lake Forest, Calif.)

  • Tropic Supply (Miami)

  • Wittichen Supply Co. (Birmingham, Ala.)

The SystemPro Award, which is given to wholesalers that sell the highest volume of Copeland hermetic refrigeration condensing units per branch, was given to:

  • Johnstone Supply - The Ware Group (Jacksonville, Fla.)

  • Progress Supply (Cincinnati)

  • Refrigeration Supplies Distributor (Lake Forest, Calif.)

Special recognition was also given to the C.C. Dickson Co. (Rock Hill, S.C.) for its support of Emerson's Dry Run Promotional Program.
