Bedford, Mass.-based F.W. Webb has joined the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association's Logo Partner Program. As a logo partner, F.W. Webb will display the PHCC logo on boxes containing its PurePro faucets. The wholesaler also will apply a portion of the product's sale price as credit toward the dues of the PHCC member who purchased the product.

“F.W. Webb is seeing a continuous erosion of the contractor's market because of the mass retailers,” John Provencal, vice president of plumbing, heating & LP sales at F.W. Webb, said in a statement. “We decided to develop a private label that would differentiate the products offered by the contractor from those available in the mass retail market. In the end, the consumer is the winner.”

F.W. Webb's PurePro faucet line is designed by contractors for contractors. The faucets include special features preferred by contractors such as a brass stem, ceramic disc, brass pop-up, brass and copper waterways and single cartridge.

Other members of the PHCC Logo Partner Program are Amtrol, Bradford White Corp., Controlled Energy Corp., Glentronics, Hammond Valve, In-Sink-Erator, Plumbmaster and Ward Manufacturing.

Executives from F.W. Webb and officers of PHCC were scheduled to announce the new partnership at a press conference during ISH North America in Boston. For more information, visit www.fwwebb.com.
