First Supply, Madison, Wis., took more than 600 customers, vendors and employees to Puerto Vallarta in mid-January as part of its seventh annual World of Opportunity customer incentive travel program. Pictured is a fireworks display at the farewell dinner. First Supply's 2005 program destinations will be Ireland and Puerto Rico. Customers earn their participation in the program by purchasing products from First Supply and additional incentives are given for purchases of participating vendors.
