The Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) is hosting its second annual ARI Cool Connections Public Policy Symposium, April 5-6, in Washington, D.C. It has invited Congressman Ralph Hall (R-TX), chairman of House Energy and Commerce's Subcommittee on Energy and Air Quality, to speak at an evening reception.
