Honeywell introduced its 2005 Diamond Distributor Program for the company's Authorized Systems Distributors. It offers pricing advantages and eligibility for free drop shipping on all orders, among other benefits, to distributors that qualify.

To qualify for the program, a distributor must have achieved a minimum of $250,000 in Make Market product purchases from the company in the previous calendar year, and must obtain a certain result on a scorecard that measures both business results and behaviors.

Distributors who have already signed up include Enertech/Quality Controls, Control Consultants, Universal Supply Group, MI Controls, Minvalco and Broudy Precision. Visit www.customer.honeywell.com for more information.

Honeywell also hosted its New Construction Contractors Council (NCCC) meeting at the International Builders' Show in January in Orlando, Fla. The NCCC was formed to provide a national forum for contractors and is made up of 15 residential contracting firms that represent visionary construction leadership. The council's first meeting was held in June at the Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions headquarters in Minneapolis.
