Climatic Control Co. (Milwaukee) will be making several leadership changes, announced Larry Rector, president. Rector, who will become CEO under the shift, said he started thinking about the preparation for transition to the next generation of leadership when he took ownership of the company. “One of the important elements of our business plan was to, 'Grow the involvement and competency of the management team in all aspects of our business,'” he said in a statement. New appointments include: Ronald Mackiewicz, president; Donald St. Martin, executive vice president; Donald Harling, Jr., controller; Paul Rector, treasurer; John Graham, acting manager, I.S.D.; and Paul Noetzel, manager, B.S.D. Other promotions include Ruth McGill, director of purchasing and Bruce Barlow, sales team leader.
