Kenneth Bachner, CMS, international vice president of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) and Region 5 director, passed away June 12. Bachner, who lived in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., was controls engineer for Roth Brothers, where he designed controls, energy management and security systems for buildings. A member of RSES since 1989, he contributed to several areas including teaching training courses, writing service application manual chapters and authoring controls specialist exams.
