Here are more of the products that were on display at the Kitchen/Bath Industry Show held at Chicago's McCormick Place April 1-4.

GROHE featured its Movario hand shower system with the new RotaHead-System that converts it from a showerhead to body spray with the twist of a wrist. It has eight pre-set positions that change the shower spray angle and redirect the water flow.

Bemis Manufacturing Co. introduced the Tuscany toilet seat, master crafted in Italy and featuring a low-profile design, contoured shape and porcelain-like feel. It is made of patented Coralink™ material, which is scratch and fade resistant and fire retardant. It is often used in commercial applications where the focus is on toughness, easy cleaning and long-lasting shine. The seat is available in white or black.

Opella displayed the d38 bath faucet and accessory collection, ranging from thermostatic valves to basin mixers. The products have a modern, clean design, with a look of sleek and functional elegance.

Ondine showed the ELS (Electronic Light Shower) showerhead that employs falling water and light in a single fixture. It offers users a waterfall experience with 270 no-clog spray channels. Fiber optics illuminated by a halogen light source are embedded in the channels to provide color and light.

Sterling introduced the Rockton™ toilet with Dual Force™ flushing technology. The exclusive Dual Force technology lets the user select one of two water levels - either 1.6 gallons or 0.8 gallons - each time the toilet is flushed. The toilet has a computer-designed trapway and flapperless valve. Its siphonic washdown system helps keep the bowl clean.

Transolid displayed its new Natural Selections solid surface bath vanity top collection offered in eight designer colors. Some of the colors have the look and feel of natural marble. The line also includes two wood grain colors. The vanity tops are made from a durable, non-porous solid surface composition that offers consistent colors and veining.

Myson introduced the affordable SEO70 classic towel warmer with a 180-degree swing-away design. It plugs into a 120-volt outlet and its power consumption is comparable to a normal light bulb. The towel warmer is available in gloss white or chrome-plated finish.

Jason International displayed products from its forma™ line, a collection of minimalist baths. They are designed for visual purity and engineered to conform to each curve of the body. “We design for comfort,” said Remo Jacuzzi, president. “We are seeing a trend toward the combination tubs, both air and whirlpool.” Pictured is the Flora air-whirlpool combination bath with Jason's Double Cascade Spout® and faucet set in bright brass finish.

Hamat showed the French-inspired Danielle solid brass faucet with single-lever temperature control and a high arc faucet spout. It is available in stainless steel, antique copper, oil-rubbed bronze or polished chrome.

MAAX unveiled its Urban series of bathtubs, showers, massage systems, medicine cabinets and lighting, which provides a suite of bath products that feature the minimalist look. Most of the tubs in the series are equipped with extras, such as a cascading waterfall and a new filling method. The company also has introduced Aerofeel, a perimeter air system, and Hydrofeel, a whirlpool, with strategically positioned air and water jets for a deep, targeted massage.

Briggs Plumbing Products showed its newly designed Grace wall-mount lavatory, part of its expanding commercial product line. The new Grace has an updated look with a concave front and provides greater access to wheelchairs. The vitreous china lavatory meets ADA requirements and includes an anti-splash rim. For more information or a specification sheet, visit Briggs' Web site: www.briggsplumbing.com. Briggs produces vitreous china toilets with Vacuity® Whisper VAC® flushing technology (a vacuum assist toilet system); bidets and lavatories, as well as porcelain enameled steel lavatories, bathtubs, and kitchen sinks featuring UltraTUFF®; and faucets for the shower, tub, lavatory and kitchen under the Sayco® brand.

Eljer Plumbingware is offering the Newport 17-inch Space-Saver one-piece toilet, patterned after the company's Canterbury one-piece toilet. The Newport, with a 16-1/8-inch rim height, is taller than standard and ADA compliant, but it features a short floor-to-top-of-the-tank measurement (26-1/4 inches) which can accommodate a banjo-style countertop above the tank. Its elongated bowl has a wall-to-front-of-the-rim length of 28-1/2 inches, the same space traditionally used by plain-rim toilets. It features Eljer's E-Force Gravity Flushing System and includes a 2-inch trap size and color-matched premium plastic seat.

ROHL displayed its Country Style pull-out faucet series that now features a Tuscan brass finish. The integrated pull-out handspray allows water to be directed where needed. The user can switch between aerated and spray patterns by pressing an oversized button on the handspray. The soft elastomer spray plate resists mineral build-up and can be removed for easy cleaning. The Tuscan brass finish is designed to naturally patina over time. Its coloring resembles oil-rubbed bronze.
