Lochinvar Corp. has relocated its world headquarters to a new 360,000-sq.-ft. facility in Lebanon, Tenn., consolidating all existing operations into one building. The new headquarters includes its manufacturing operation, a commercial storage tank production plant, an engineering development lab, a training center, a distribution center and administrative offices. Previously the company operated out of five offices in six facilities throughout Tennessee.

The new facility also serves as Lochinvar's southeastern distribution center with 75,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. Its other distribution centers are in Detroit, Dallas, Philadelphia, Tampa, Fla., and Banbury, England.

Walter Vallett Sr. started the water heater company in 1919. Today it is owned and operated by the third generation of the family, with Bill Vallett Jr., as president; Jeff Vallett as senior vice president/sales and marketing; and Tom Vallett as senior vice president/operations.
