Ferguson's software analyst Caroline Smith clungs to a boulder while she searched for debris as one of some 20 company volunteers at a community project in Hampton, Va.'s Huntington Park on "Clean the Bay Day." They were part of 202 volunteers who collected 3,110 pounds of trash along seven miles of local shoreline, including shopping carts, cell phones, syringes, traffic cone, office chair on wheels, concrete top of bird bath, car parts, and underwear!
