Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) released its revised "Residential and Light Commercial HVACR Service Technician Reference Manual/A Guide for NATE Certification." The updated manual was co-sponsored by RSES, Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) and is in its second edition.
