Masco Corp. appointed Alan Barry its president and chief operating officer in April, succeeding Ray Kennedy, who passed away unexpectedly earlier this year. Barry joined Masco division Brass Craft Manufacturing Co. in 1972, became its president in 1988 and was named a group president of Masco Corp. in 1996. He was instrumental in creating and managing Masco Contractor Services.

In other changes, Masco named Donald DeMarie, Jr., a group president with leadership responsibility for Masco's Installation Services Group, replacing Barry. DeMarie will continue to directly oversee Masco Contractor Services Central; Steve Raia and Jeffrey Mollerick, who are responsible for Masco Contractor Services East and Service Partners, respectively, will report to DeMarie.

Group Vice President Donald Milroy will be responsible for oversight of Alsons Corp., Bath Unlimited and H & H Tube, in addition to his current management duties overseeing Brass Craft, Cobra Products and The Faucet Queens. Milroy will report to John Wills.

Group President John Wills will assume overall leadership responsibility for Masco's domestic plumbing products operations, including faucets, fittings and accessories. Wills will remain as president of Delta Faucet Co., with Delta Faucet Canada and Brasstech reporting to him.
