McJunkin Corp. (Charleston, W.Va.) has acquired substantially all of the assets of Automation & Control Specialists of Dublin, Calif. The management team of ACS is remaining with the merged business and will operate as part of McJunkin's Controls Division. The transaction was completed Feb. 5.
A PVF distributor, McJunkin operates more than 100 locations in the United States, Mexico and Venezuela. The company provides process automation and control services to industry through its Controls Division.
