>> Noland Co. (Newport News, Va.) opened a branch in Martinsburg, W.Va., to serve plumbing and HVAC contractors in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. The new sales and warehouse facility is located in a recently purchased 15,420-sq.-ft. building at 925 Mid-Atlantic Parkway. The company's Hagerstown, Md., branch has been serving the area for several years. The new Martinsburg branch will be managed by Rob Bradley and operate as a satellite unit of the Hagerstown branch.
>> Edelman Plumbing Supply (Westlake, Ohio) held a grand opening celebration for its new decorative plumbing and hardware showroom at 26201 Richmond Road in Bedford Heights, Ohio on Sept. 18.
>> Viessmann Manufacturing Co. (U.S.) opened a new 38,000-sq.-ft. facility in Warwick, R.I., that features offices as well as seminar and display rooms. The company said the new facility will extend its distribution network and strengthen its logistical capacity. The building was constructed according to a singular architectural concept closely associated with the Bauhaus style.
>> PHAC Products Inc., (Albany, N.Y.), a redistributor of plumbing products, recently built a warehouse that doubles its stocking capacity. The additional space will be dedicated to increased inventory of Delta, Moen, Elkay and NuTone products.
