Elkay Manufacturing Co. is providing its sales representatives with a Showroom Seminar PowerPoint CD they can use to educate showroom attendants about Elkay stainless steel sinks, faucets, hot water dispensers and accessories. The seminar is designed for an optimum one-hour presentation and can be customized by the rep. To date, more than 1,400 showroom attendants have completed the seminar. Upon successful completion, the attendants receive a certificate, congratulatory letter and a long-sleeved Elkay shirt. Also, Elkay has developed a 2-1/2 minute tutorial, available free on CD-ROM or VHS, that guides viewers through a three-step installation process for its Quick-Clip[TM] mounting system.
