Malm joined NIBCO in 1996 and he’s held several key positions such as president and COO, vice president and senior vice president in supply chain, senior vice president and general manager of former NIBCO subsidiary TOLCO, and vice president of international and business development.

Malm has been in the construction industry for more than 35 years, including experience with leadership in international business, mergers and acquisitions, and general management. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Iowa State University, a master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in business administration, and a master’s degree in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management.
